The Container
A deep dive intensive soul conscious therapeutic space to be held over a 1 - 6 month time frame where you receive a comprehensive assessment, therapeutic plan, weekly one on one sessions, and unlimited email support outside of session.
The Insight
A laser focused session (1-3 hours in length) intended to bring about clarity + insight + guidance around a specific road block or source of suffering. You choose from a Menu of therapeutic tools to combine during our time together.

In this space we will explore together your innermost questions, blocks, frustrations, emotions, thoughts, dreams and visions so that you may move forward in your life in accordance with your true nature + core mission and purpose. In this space, you are embarking upon a guided journey of self-discovery, self-knowledge, self love, and deeper connection within.
Most approaches to this work focus on the many aspects of Self in silos. They also do not take into account the systemic influences at play within our day to day lives. And they certainly do not take into consideration what is beyond the mind + body, and the true home we are all searching for: our Soul.
This container is unique in that we will be working with the intersection of personality, mind, emotional world, patterns, beliefs, energy body, your true nature vs. learned behaviors, systemic energetic influences, and more - all in the context of your unique soul. This part is vital - as we are all so unique and infinitely complex. There is no one size fits all. this is therapeutic and healing support completely customized to all of you.
Nicole uses a masterful weaving of her Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology, intuitive guidance, use energy medicine techniques, Reiki Energy Healing training, expertise + practice of mindfulness, understanding + ability to traverse the psyche, and awareness of spiritual law to support you on your way home to yourself.

The first step in your container is a complete and comprehensive assessment where we look at your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well being. We look at what you are currently experiencing in your life and identify the root of your current patterns and energetic imbalances. You identify your personal goals for working together, and we come up with a comprehensive Care Plan to be a guide on your journey.
Each session is a combination of energy healing, therapeutic talk, education, and guidance so that you are empowered with tools, clarity, and conscious action to take in your life.
The unique component to this container is that there is energetic work and support happening throughout the duration of our work together, even outside of session. This support is to help strengthen your energy and enhance your well being and level of awareness.

laser focused deep dive session on a particular question, current experience, road block, source of suffering.
In this deep dive session, receive laser focused guidance and support around a current question, block, challenge, transition, or source of suffering. These sessions can be anywhere from 60- 180 minutes in length, and combine any number of the therapeutic offerings + soul guidance from the Menu below. This option is for those who have an acute situation or pain point that they are looking for the highest guidance and clarity around.
Once your session is booked, you will receive an intake form to complete before we meet so we can dive right in. Please reach out to see if this option is a good fit for what you are looking for.

Tarot Reading : 20-30 minutes
Nicole utilizes the rich depth, symbols, and myth of tarot as a map to access the seat of your soul as it is currently intersecting with your inner + outer worlds, and your psychological, emotional, physical and spiritual worlds. Come with a specific inquiry or receive a “what’s most important for me at this time.”
Energy Assessment & Therapeutic Plan : 120 minutes
A comprehensive emotional, psychological, physical, spiritual, and energetic assessment. Complete an in depth assessment to determine functioning, blocks, and root causes & a therapeutic plan to take with you on beyond this session on your healing journey.
Guided Inner Journey : 20-30 minutes
A guided self hypnosis to journey into your deepest wisdom + knowing to gain insight, acquire answers and access knowledge on a specific issue, challenge, or question you hold.
Energy Healing : 55 minutes
Through a combination of channeling spiritually guided life force energy, moving massive amounts of stuck or stagnant energy, and rebalancing your energy body. Each session is uniquely crafted to fit your current needs on a psychological, emotional, physical and spiritual level.
Private Guided Meditation : 20-30 minutes
Receive a private guided meditation created and channeled specifically for you. These can be a guided mindfulness meditation practice or around a specific topic (i.e. Forgiveness, Heart Opening, Self Love, etc.) You choose! Or we can identify together what you are needing most at this time.
